At Nixgold Packaging, we ship customized packaging products to customers in Singapore and internationally. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed and your order has been dispatched.

Singapore and Southeast Asia: approximately 7 days
Australia: approximately 10–15 days
Europe and the United States: approximately 20–25 days

These delivery times are estimates only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays.

Production Time

Shipping fees are calculated according to the destination, package size, weight, and selected delivery method. For customized or bulk orders, our customer service team will provide a shipping quotation after confirming your order details.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the tracking status to be updated by the courier.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Nixgold Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import charges.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, postal code, recipient name, and telephone number are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in communicating with the courier and reviewing the available solution.
